GENERAL

To keep you Blake Mill shirts looking and feeling great for as long as possible, wash in warm water at a temperature no higher than 40°C. We recommend 30°C if there are no significant marks. Use a colour-safe, non-bleach detergent, then hang up to line dry (no tumble dryer please). All of this and more is included on the care label in each shirt.
Tough question! We like to describe our shirts as having a “tailored fit”. This means they’re nowhere near as narrow as a slim or skinny fit, but have enough shape to them that they won’t billow around you like a sail. This is similar to what you’ll find with brands such as Eton, or Gant.
If you find your shirt doesn’t fit, you can return it to us free of charge for a full refund or in exchange for another size.
Fashion has an appalling reputation when it comes to manufacturing: child labour, third world exploitation, factories collapsing on worker’s heads. Making garments cheaply comes at an incredible price.
We didn’t want anything to do with it. So we make our shirts in Türkiye with reputable and experienced factories. The people are well paid, treated with respect, and work in decent conditions.
No quibble refunds mean exactly that. Maybe you don’t like the colour, the size, or the fit. Maybe you just didn’t like our box. It doesn’t matter, all items returned to us in a saleable condition will result in a full refund.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Our fulfilment team is quick but we will try! We aim to ship all orders placed before 4PM on that same day (Monday to Friday UK time). We recommend giving us a call as soon as you can on +44 161 509 2055 to let us know what you need.

Our standard delivery is free within the UK and we will get your order to you within two days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) assuming your order is placed prior to 4:00PM UK time on a business day.
For a fee of £5.00, we are able to ship your order on the next day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) assuming your order is placed prior to 4:00PM UK time on a business day. Note that expedited delivery is not available to customers in Aberdeenshire, British Forces PO, Belfast, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Inverness, Jersey, Inner Hebrides or the Shetland Islands.
Shipping to North America takes anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. If you need any special arrangements please get in touch by phone on +44 161 509 2055 and we’ll do our best to help.
For a fee we ship to Germany, France, the Netherlands and the Republic of Ireland IN THE EU. You may get charged import duties if your order value, including shipping exceeds €150. Please keep that in mind, to avoid unexpected surprises.
We also ship, for a fee to Switzerland, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia and New Zealand.
Once you reach our checkout page, discount codes of any type can be entered in the box labelled “Discount” on the right hand side. Once you’ve typed it in, just press the “Apply” button to see the discount applied to your total.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
The most important thing to us is that you are happy with your Blake Mill shirt. If that is not the case, for any reason, we will offer a full refund. Don’t like the colour? Send it back. Don’t like the fit? Send it back! Just return the shirt along with the completed returns form to our UK warehouse (Blake Mill, c/o Torque, Wortley Moor Road, Wortley, Leeds, LS12 4JH, United Kingdom). If you would like to discuss your return with us then get in touch by phone on +44 161 509 2055, or you can send us an email at info@blakemill.com. All garments returned to us in saleable condition qualify for an exchange (if purchased at full price) or a refund at your option. Any shirts with a defect will be replaced or refunded also at your option.
Once your return reaches us, we will process your refund or send out a replacement within 3 working days.
KLARNA
Klarna is a payment service that helps you buy the things you want or need. Right now, over 100 million people worldwide use Klarna at over 200,000 online stores.
Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments is a credit product that lets you spread the cost of your purchases over 3 equal payments. Klarna will take the payments from your debit or credit card directly so you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Klarna will take the first payment when you make the purchase, the second 30 days later and the final payment 60 days from your purchase date. You can see your past and future payments at any time using the Klarna app.
You need to be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to use Klarna’s credit products including Pay in 3 instalments. When you choose Klarna they will also check the information you provide and your financial situation.
You can pay any time within 30 days of your purchase without interest or fees when you pay on time. You can make this payment using a credit or debit card on the Klarna app or logging into www.klarna/com/uk. Klarna will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed with full details. You can see both past and future payments using the Klarna app.
As soon as Blake Mill have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Blake Mill. All transactions take place through connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.
Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk.
Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.
Once Blake Mill has received the return and Klarna have received our confirmation, Klarna shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
If you have not received your goods please call Blake Mill to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that they can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally used at checkout.
