DELIVERY CHARGES
EU
EU orders are shipped via FedEx Intl Economy. (Delivered within 4 to 7 working days). All international shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will be prepaid by the customer at point of purchase, with a breakdown of fees shown at checkout. Delivery time will depend on your location and customs processes at your location.
USA
Standard International USPS: US$10.00 (4 to 7 business days), free for orders of US$200.00 or more. FedEx Expedited shipping (2 to 3 business days) is available for US$22.00.
Rest of World
International (Rest of World) orders are shipped via FedEx Intl Economy. All international shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will be prepaid by the customer at point of purchase, with a breakdown of fees shown at checkout. Orders placed on weekends & bank holidays will be processed the next working day. Delivery time after dispatch is approximately 4 to 7 working days.
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. International shipping is charged according to the destination of the parcel.
We will try and get your order to you as quickly as possible, but the exact amount of time does vary by country due to customs processing. Please allow a little more time pre-Christmas and during bank holidays. For orders placed from the 28/05/2024 onwards, all international shipping fees, customs duties and taxes will be prepaid by the customer, with a breakdown of fees shown at checkout.
Orders placed after 4PM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, subject to UK Bank Holidays.
For security reasons all overseas deliveries must be signed for.
PRE ORDER CONDITIONS
We offer our customers the exclusive opportunity to purchase our styles before they arrive in the UK. Please note, once purchased via our ‘Pre Order’ option your payment is processed and your shirt is allocated to you exclusively and under no circumstances are your allocated items made available for purchase to other customers. If you have purchased your items on ‘Pre Order’ please allow for a period of 4 to 8 weeks (or the specified date) for your item to ship.

RETURNS
You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in new condition with all tags attached. Sale items may be refunded or exchanged for the purchase price. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred. Items, which have been purchased as part of a bundle, can only be refunded if the whole bundle is being returned to us.
We use an online portal for all returns in order to provide you with a much better experience and the planet with less paper. Once we've received your return we aim to process it within 3 working days and will notify you by email. It typically takes an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process refunds to your account.

Return postage from all countries (excluding USA) is £20.00 per item.

A return postage fee of £16.00 (approximately $20USD) per returned order will be deducted from your total.
