Returns

You may return your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in new condition with all tags attached. Sale items may be refunded or exchanged for the purchase price. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred. Items, which have been purchased as part of a bundle, can only be refunded if the whole bundle is being returned to us.

We use an online portal for all returns in order to provide you with a much better experience and the planet with less paper. Once we've received your return we aim to process it within 3 working days and will notify you by email. It typically takes an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process refunds to your account.

UK and Rest of World (excluding USA) Returns

Returns within the UK are free of charge. Return postage from all other countries (excluding USA) is £20.00 per item.

USA Returns

As with our UK customers, you may return your items free of charge for a full refund or exchange. This offer is valid for orders placed before midnight on the 30th of April 2024.
