Design Story Chrysanthemum is Greek for gold flower. It's the kind of etymology you file away and never expect to use. The original print didn't use it either, just two colours, grey and a deliberate orange. This one keeps that same discipline, but finally makes good on the name: look inside the collar, along the placket, at the cuff, and there's an actual thread of gold running through the dark ground that the first version never had. Not decoration for its own sake. Just the etymology, finally showing up.
