We recently saw one of those incredible pictures taken from the Hubble telescope. A galaxy so far away it was billions of years old. It was described as a ‘star factory’, an environment where stars are made. Now if a galaxy trillions of miles away, and billions of miles across doesn’t impress you, what will? It also seemed a good theme to explore in anticipation of the next generation of incredible pictures from the James Webb telescope.
